LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Beth Choike and Heather Walbright each claimed an individual second-place finish and swam a leg of the winning 400-yard freestyle relay Saturday afternoon, but could not lead The Rock to victory.

SRU fell by 83-39 and 65-57 scores to California U. of Pa. and Lock Haven, respectively, in a three-team meet hosted by Lock Haven.

The losses dropped the Green and White's season record to 2-5.

Choike finished second in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:22.28, while Walbright was second in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:36.07.

The duo joined efforts with Lauren Hervatin and Raquel Woerner to record a winning time of 3:50.22 in the 400 freestyle relay.

Another highlight for SRU was a second-place finish by Jessica Student in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:03.61.
