SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Inclement weather conditions including snow showers forced the postponement of women's softball and women's lacrosse games scheduled for Tuesday at Slippery Rock University.

The softball doubleheader vs. Gannon has been rescheduled for Monday, April 13, at 2:30 p.m.

The lacrosse game vs. Mercyhurst has been moved to tomorrow (Wednesday, April 8) at 3 p.m. That game will be played on Bob DiSpirito Field at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium.

In addition to the postponement of Tuesday's contests, the starting time for Wednesday's nine-inning baseball game vs. Youngstown State at Eastwood Field in Niles has been changed. Originally scheduled for a 5 p.m. start, first pitch has been rescheduled for 3 p.m. in hopes of getting the game played before the start of rain showers predicted for Wednesday evening.
