Men's basketball golf outing registration open

Registration is now available for the second annual Men's Basketball Golf Outing, which will take place June 15 in Butler, Pa.

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa.- Slippery Rock University head men's basketball coach Kevin Reynolds has announced the date for the second annual SRU Men's Basketball Golf Outing. The outing is scheduled for June 15 and will be sponsored again by Kids Count Family Psychological Services.

The outing will be played at Aubrey's Dubbs Dred Golf Course in Butler, Pa.

Registration is set at $85 per golfer and includes greens fees, cart fee, entry into contest holes, lunch and dinner.

The outing will be played as a four-man scramble with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Registration begins at 8 a.m.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams with $800 for first, $500 for second and $300 for third.

Sponsorships are also available for the event beginning with an $85 golfer sponsorship and a $100 hole sponsorship.
