More than 45,000 people take advantage each year of the excellent camp and conference facilities at the University. With housing for 2,300 on campus and banquet rooms that can seat from 20 to 1,000, arrangements can be made for almost any size group. Slippery Rock University has carpeted meeting rooms and nine auditoriums. When combined with the classroom space, gymnasiums, practice fields, and the remainder of the campus, the university offers a totally self-contained resource for most programs.

With easy accessibility, Slippery Rock University has become the hub of many summer activities for Western Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, one of the country's largest cities, is an hour's drive south. Erie is located 75 miles north, and Youngstown, Ohio is just 35 miles west. With two major interstate highways, I-79 and I-80 within a few miles of the campus, Slippery Rock is the perfect site for your future camp and conference activities.
